Mechanicville Housing Authority

The Mechanicville Housing Authority (MHA) is taking Precautionary Actions to lessen exposure and reduce the impact of the Coronavirus (COVID-19) on our residents and families.

The MHA Administrative Offices, Basketball Courts, Swings and all Playground Equipment are closed to the Public until the further notice.

Administrative and Maintenance staff will continue to be available during regular office hours Monday to Friday 9:00am to 4:30pm by phoning (518) 664-9897 or via Email jenzien@mechanicvillehousing.org.

Applications for Housing Assistance will be mailed upon request

Rents, recertification paper work, ect. ,, may be mailed or dropped off At the office outside drop box.

Authority residents please continue to call the office for routine, emergency and critical unit work orders. For after hour emergencies continue to phone (518)-390-0987.

The Mechanicville Housing Authority assists over 300 hundred Families which includes senior citizens, persons with disabilities and children in our school district.
